To expand our Hi! Team, we are looking for an experienced and Learning Experience Designer who will serve as a trusted business partner for function leaders in Sales, Marketing and Product Marketing.
As a Learning Consultant (m/f/d) you will report to Group Learning Director based in Blieskastel for a Permanent contract.
What you will do?
As a Learning Consultant (m/f/d), you will act as a strategic partner to function leaders, working closely with them to identify their learning and development needs and design tailored, innovative solutions. Your focus will be on strategic upskilling and reskilling initiatives, with ownership of projects from inception to implementation. You will use the latest learning technologies, including AI and XR, to create impactful learning experiences that drive business success.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Business Partnering:
- Collaborate directly with Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing leaders to understand their strategic priorities and align learning initiatives with business goals.
- Learning Design & Development:
- Design and develop innovative learning experiences rooted in recognized adult learning theories, ensuring relevance to business needs.
- Program Leadership & project management:
- Lead the planning and execution of strategic learning initiatives, ensuring effective project management to enhance organizational capabilities.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement :
- Work closely with subject matter experts (f.e. Business Leaders, Academy Managers, HR business Partner) to deliver high-quality learning solutions
- Innovation & Expertise:
- Continuously explore and integrate cutting-edge trends and technologies, including AI and XR, in learning design to enable people to produce tailored programs that maximize impact and engagement.
What about you?
- Experience:
- Significant experience in learning design, ideally within an international and industrial environment, is essential to ensure the development of comprehensive programs that effectively meet our organizational needs and leverage industry-specific insights.
- Demonstrated ability to act as a business partner, working closely with function leaders to align learning initiatives with business objectives.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and modern learning technologies like Artificial Intelligence
- Proficiency with LMS, LXP, and authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Rise and Synthesia for video content is highly advantageous, along with experience using analytical tools.
- Soft Skills:
- Demonstrate excellent communication, active listening and collaboration skills, serving as an advisor to your business partners/business leaders, with a proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Strong project management, with the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Languages:
- Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of French or German is a plus.
