You will report to the Group HRBP Vice President, within the HR department, based in Blieskastel, for a V.I.E. contract of 1 year, extendable to 2 years.
This role offers significant exposure to strategic projects and the opportunity to work with seasoned professionals. With opportunities to grow and develop your skills, this is more than just an assignment—it’s a launchpad for your international HR career.
What you will do?
- Assist in HR transformation projects, particularly Project Transformation 2025, focusing on data, reporting, and project consolidation.
- Prepare and manage data elements using tools such as SAP, ensuring accurate tracking of project progress.
- Collaborate and connect with internal stakeholders, including work councils, to support transformation and organizational initiatives.
- Provide support to the Group HRBP Vice President in handling strategic international HR topics.

- You have a background in HR, law, business or a related field.
- You are fluent in English. Fluency in French or German would be an asset.
- You are agile, reactive, and connect easily with stakeholders.
- You thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy challenges.
- You possess strong analytical skills and the ability to consolidate information quickly.

What are the recruitment stages?
• Once your CV has been selected, you will be contacted by a recruiter for an initial phone exchange.
• Following this you will be invited to a first interview with the hiring manager & the recruiter.
• You'll then get the chance to showcase your skills by preparing and presenting a use case to the Hiring Manager and the Local HRBP.
• The last interview will be then be organized with the Head of Department and the Early Careers team.

Please note that to be eligible for the V.I.E., you must comply with the following criteria:
- You must be a citizen of one of the Member States of the European Economic Area.
- You must not be a citizen of the host country (in this case Germany).
- You must be between 18 and 28 years of age.
- You must not have done a V.I.E. in the past.
