We are looking for our future Health & Well-Being Program Manager (m/f/d) based in Blieskastel or Obernai.

Your role

You will join the Group Social Responsibility function, reporting to the Head of Corporate Social Responsibility and functionally to the head of Health and Safety.


As part of a newly-created position, your duties will include:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of current health and well-being resources, identify areas for enhancement, and propose innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Lead the planning, design, and execution of the health & well-being roadmap, integrating audit recommendations and best practices.
  • Develop detailed program plans, including goals, strategies, timelines, and budgets.
  • Implement and monitor health & well-being metrics and compliance requirements.
  • Foster collaboration among internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders for seamless program implementation.
  • Manage continuous improvements and leverage innovative ideas through external benchmarks and internal best practices.


Your profile

With a 5-year degree in health and safety, sustainability, HR, or a related field in international and matrix organizations, you have:

  • Minimum of 10 years of program management experience, with a proven track record in health and care.
  • Proficiency in program evaluation methodologies, data analysis, and project management tools.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in German and/or French is a plus.

With an excellent communication skills, coupled with strong strategic thinking and an analytical mindset, you would be able to navigate complex challenges and make informed decisions.
