HRBP Director Group Support Functions

We are currently looking for a permanent position of Human Resource Business Partner Director for Group Support function. In this position,  you actively contribute to reach Hager Group ambition, leveraging our corporate culture in a moving environment. You will be responsible to develop and implement the human resource strategy across all support functions in all countries with your HRBP direct reports and the HR business partners network.

 

As part of our HRBP Community you will report to the Group HRBP Vice-President, the job can be located in France or Germany (Obernai or Blieskastel)

 

Your main responsibilities will be:

 

  • Understand business trends, challenges and translate the business strategy into HR strategic initiatives and engage HR teams to deliver relevant and efficient HR contribution.
  • Be responsible for the delivery of the HR Strategy defined for the scope of responsibility
  • Build a strong credibility and provide an independent viewpoint while being a solid sparring partner. You act as a consultant and provide your advice and knowledge in order to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of human resources strategy in achieving business success.
  • Act as a role model by inspiring and engaging Business Leaders to keep alive the fundamentals of our company culture, while facilitating mindset and behavioral evolutions.
  • Support organization assessment effectiveness by identifying and evaluating structures, capabilities and behaviors.
  • Anticipate, influence and support the design of the appropriate organizational structure supporting business strategy
  • Ensure with business leaders sustainable talent management for succession pipelines for key positions, talent pool and specific development plans, through the coordination of People & Organisation reviews and the monitoring of the action plan
  • Ensure transversal coordination and deployment of Key initiatives and processes defined by center of expertise:  Talent Management, Talent acquisition, Learning, Compensation & Benefits, HR Information Systems
  • Impulse and support performance management in order to drive accountability.
  • Support the Business leaders in building the community and a feeling of belonging to their function/environment and ensure that effective communication process is in place

 

Your profile:

 

  • You have approx. 10 to 15 years experience on a similar international role with operational HR Business partnering, people management, project management (leading transformations)
  • Full professional proficiency in English. German or French language is a plus
  • You have a strong business acumen
  • You are able to foster change within a matrix environment
  • You have extensive communication and facilitation skills
  • You are able to set priorities in a complex and ambiguous environment
  • You are customer and solution-oriented
