The Process & Solutions Project Manager (m/f/d) Quote to cash/ Accounts Receivables is the professional expert of the Finance process. The position holder leads the Group standard and its declination in the systems, supports continuous worldwide improvement and data quality management to aim for operational excellence. As a Process Owner of one of Quote to Cash & Accounts receivables you update the Group standards in agreement with the Finance department, which are operationally implemented in the tools (SAP & applications associated with the process).

Your mission

• As a finance business expert, you are responsible to keep the AR finance documentation and implementation up to date (DMS) and to harmonize and optimize the group AR processes
• You define the relevant AR KPIs and ensure their implementation in the systems
• You analyse the relevance of changing the processes or the functionalities of the tools to improve operational excellence, e.g. optimization of the automated bank statement process in SAP
• You implement new AR processes and support the continuous improvement of the associated tools and lead or contribute business projects (e.g. Tangro, Fiori, VIDA – e-Invoicing, Webshop, etc.)
• You give recommendations for decision to the Finance Management and analyse and identify dysfunctions to propose action plans to ensure the data quality
• You lead the AR community worldwide and inform about financial topics and promote the exchange between the AR team leaders

Your profile

• You successfully completed a Master degree in Business Administration, Finance and Controlling, Accounting or Economics
• You have got at least 5 to 10  years working experience in general Accounting / Accounts Receivables
• Your project management skills and your SAP affinity give you the ability to provide support the companies in their deployment of solutions by providing them with business expertise, processes & tools
• Your thinking and proposals for improvement focus in several objectives e.g., productivity, quality, lead-time & user acceptance and you take into account different angels of views (local, Group and cross department)
• Adaptability and flexibility as well as strong self-motivation ensure your dedication to succeed and your strong resilience
• You have got fluent English language skills, German language skills would be a plus
