As a EDI & SAP Junior Analyst (VIE), you will report to the Digital Applications Team Leader, and be based in Blieskastel (Germany) for a 1 year V.I.E. contract, extendable to 2 years.

What will you do?

• Design, develop, and deploy EDI flows.
• Manage EDI requests and incidents using a ticketing tool.
• Collaborate closely with an international team across departments.
• Support Process Owners and users in managing EDI flows and using monitoring tools.
• Propose continuous improvements to enhance EDI processes.

SAP (SD/EDI) Responsibilities:

• Analyze and debug EDI-related flows, particularly in the SD (Sales and Distribution) module.
• Develop and maintain monitoring tools for Idocs and messages.
• Customize SAP SD and cross-functional areas.
• Analyze and adapt IDOC processing for integration.

EDI Responsibilities:

• Configure EDI exchanges, including message mapping and communication protocols.
• Monitor and maintain the Seeburger BIS6 EDI platform.
• Provide technical and functional support to users.

What about you?

• You have a Master’s degree in Computer Science, ideally with a focus on sales processes.
• You understand sales operations and SAP/SD ERP systems.
• You are familiar with EDI systems and communication protocols.
• You possess strong problem-solving skills and are quick to learn new technologies.
• Technical knowledge of ABAP is considered a plus.
• You are structured, methodical, organized, and proactive.
• You are fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
