The Content Enrichment Manager (m/f/d) is responsible for leading and managing a team that enhances and maintains media and content directly related to products in the electrotechnical installation market. This role involves overseeing translation management, media production, and content enrichment activities. The position plays a critical role in aligning the content strategy with the company's vision, managing resources, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality product related content to support the business's objectives. The position holder will report directly to the Director for Product Information.

Your mission

• You lead & manage the global content enrichment team for product related data, information and content
• You ensure vision and strategic alignment by developing & implementing a clear vision and strategy for product related content enrichment aligned with the company goals
• You create & manage annual plans for content enrichment activities including setting priorities and goals (year planning)
• For the requirement management, you collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and prioritize content requirements
• You establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the content enrichment team and manage team performance to achieve targets
• You ensure that the team has the necessary resources and skills to meet content demands while mitigating potential risks
• You oversee the translation management team, ensuring accurate and efficient translation processes using translation management systems and tools
• You manage a team responsible for producing & maintaining media assets such as videos, pictures, drawings, and icons, directly related to products
• You collaborate with media production partners and vendors, ensuring the quality and timely delivery of content
• You continuously assess the impact of content enrichment on business outcomes and conduct regular reviews to optimize performance.

Your profile

• You successfully completed a Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering or a related qualification to understand the technical requirements
• You have got a proven experience in content management, translation management, or in a similar role
• You are familiar with a Product Information System (PIM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM)
• Your strong leadership and team management skills enable you to be strong and reliable manager for your team
• You have got excellent project management skills and organizational abilities
• You are detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction
• Professional certifications or experience in agile/ scrum methodologies are a plus
• With your fluent English language skills (C1) you can easily communicate and collaborate with your international colleagues and German and/or French language skills would be considered as an asset
