Your mission

Reporting to the Electro-Mechanical Supplier Quality Manager, you will ensure that the supplier quality objectives defined at Group level are met.

For this, your missions are :

• Manage APQP activities’ and ensure PPAP validation with our suppliers
• Secure product project milestones through supplier deliverables
• Audit and validate new suppliers according to VDA 6.3 Standard
• Manage supplier issues and provide expertise on critical problems using 8D methodology
• Drive continuous improvement with our strategic suppliers
• Improve supplier performance through analysis of monthly indicators
• Train suppliers on standard tools such as APQP/8D and secure their application
• Apply and respect Hager group standards to achieve its objectives

Your profile

• Trained as a mechanical engineer, you have initial experience in quality management.
• You have experience on manufacturing process or in industrialization
• You must master problem-solving tools, the practice of supplier audits, as well as professional English.
• Your communication and analytical skills, as well as your appetite for teamwork and your ability to evolve in multicultural environments will be your best assets for success in this position.
• You will represent the Hager brand to our suppliers worldwide
• Regular international travel is to be expected.
