We are currently looking for our future Sales Manager based in Athens for a permanent contract.

 

The purpose of Sales Manager role is to lead, direct, and coordinate sales activities and resources in Greece to achieve or exceed agreed targets. This includes growing and maintaining market share, meeting profitability goals, and preparing the business for long-term sustainable growth. The position involves driving all related activities and managing resources to ensure short- and mid-term objectives are successfully met, while fostering a foundation for future profitability.

 

Main Missions:

  • Manage, monitor and drive all activities in Greece to achieve the budgeted sales targets
  • Develop and maintain suitable customer relationships, including personal contact with key customers, to achieve this on a sustainable basis
  • Manage, develop and motivate the team
  • Co-ordinate  pricing to achieve competitive position and  NCM targets
  • Develop brand recognition through PR/promotional activity etc.

 

Skills and Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience on similar position and 10 year in sales
  • Education level : preferred electric direction and / or management
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience in team management
  • Good English l skills –level B2
  • Strong customer orientation and negotiation skills
  • Leadership and team spirit
