Plant Manager

We are currently looking for a postion of Plant Manager for our location Arenzano.

Missions
Reporting to the manufacturing Vice President, and working in close contact with the company function managers, you are responsible for supervising and coordinating plant activities, in order to guarantee the efficiency and safety of all processes and production plants.

• Must ensure that the production sites (Arenzano and Rivalta) operate according to the highest environmental, health and safety standards, while ensuring that the products meet the required quality standards and are delivered on time and on cost. 
• Supervises production activities with the aim of improving production efficiency and product quality; processes and controls plant budgets (production, maintenance, quality) and identifies and evaluates any countermeasures.
• Promotes the analysis and improvement of plant performance, in order to obtain greater management economy and improve the quality characteristics of the products, ensuring the correct management of the departments as a whole.
• Participates in the implementation of industrial investment plans in collaboration with the Manufacturing and Industrialization Management.
• Supports the Manufacturing Management to develop and implement the strategic plans and the annual operational plan.
• Proactively identify key opportunities and link strategy to action plan to enable safe, reliable, flexible and cost-efficient production capacity and thus generate a competitive advantage for the company.
   

Profile

• A degree in an engineering field
• Consolidated experience in the management and coordination of production plants
• In-depth knowledge of production processes, internal organizational flows, work methodologies, Lean and HPS principles (Kaizen, 5S, TPM, SMED, OEE, ...), ergonomics, internal procedures and applicable regulatory and legislative provisions QSA
• IT Skills: main office automation applications and possibly SAP
• Italian fluent and English professional (B2-C1)
