You are actively working on the energy transition

For our headquater in Osnabrück we are looking for a market-oriented Product and Business Development Manager (m/f/d) who will scout, detail and own the topics Energy Management, Energy Market Integration, Virtual Power Plants and develop market-level value cases as well as the overall business cases and (digital) business models to advance these topics.



  • Shaping and expanding the market knowledge base
  • Defining value propositions and developing the customer journey to create a customised customer experience for each market
  • Responsibility for the development of market requirements and the effective transfer of these requirements to the technical organisation
  • Collaborate with sales and market leaders to define and execute initiatives to drive growth, profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Identify and approach potential partners or suitable M&A opportunities to strengthen the portfolio and market fit
  • Working with business analysts to develop the right KPIs and ensure productive tracking and reporting



  • Degree in economics, industrial engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification; lateral entry from a relevant background is also possible
  • Experience in product management desirable
  • Ideally knowledge of inverter technologies and battery systems
  • Very good analytical skills, a solution-orientated and structured way of working and a high level of self-motivation
  • High degree of self-motivation, hands-on mentality and willingness to actively help shape the working environment
  • Flexibility and enjoyment of working in a team, strong communication skills
  • Very good command of written and spoken German and English, knowledge of French an advantage
