Project Management Officer (m/f/d)

We are looking for our future Project Management Officer (m/f/d) based in Paris, Obernai, Blieskastel or Frankfurt am Main.

Context

As part of the "Customer Centricity" strategic program and its efforts, you will provide project management expertise and support the delivery of key programs identified to contribute to the transformation of culture, processes and practices across the Hager organization. 

The Project Management Officer will be responsible for identifying, structuring, monitoring and communicating the project portfolio relating to the development and strengthening of customer focus across our organization.

Your role  

Your key responsibilities will be to: 

• Gathering input from all stakeholders and structuring the Customer Centricity initiatives identified into a program and pipeline of projects for the next three years.
• Structuring the project portfolio and deploying the governance elements required to ensure effective budgetary and operational management.
• Contribute to the annual cross-functional alignment process and ensure that the various stakeholders are duly aligned on their contribution, deliverables and schedule.
• Collaborate with project and workflow managers to develop and maintain a master schedule for the program. 
• Lead the project team and working groups to achieve the set objectives within the set deadlines.

Develop and implement the program’s communication strategy within and outside the organization.

Your profile  

You have a 5-year degree and at least 5 years' experience in a similar role, and you recognize yourself in the following description:

• Mastery of the program and project management model in a technical environment.
• Expertise in process mapping and associated methods and tools (agile, waterfall, etc.). Certification is a plus. 
• Mastery of business acumen, ideally with a focus on change management issues. 
• An ability to assess risks and opportunities and make informed decisions.  

Customer-oriented, you are also recognized for your ability to : 

• Influence and negotiate to obtain the desired results. 
• Pay close attention to detail and ensure the quality of the work done. 
• Build effective teams and stimulate their commitment. 
• Strong cross-functional management and conflict resolution skills. 
• Quick problem solving and ability to adapt quickly to change. 

Your judgement and ability to make informed decisions make you a key player in the success of projects.
