We are currently looking for our future Business Process Manager Customer Centricity (m/f/d) based in Blieskastel, Obernai or Paris for a permanent contract.

 

Mission

  • Employ methods to discover, model, analyze, measure, improve and optimize business strategy and processes.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Centricity stream, across the Functions and with all Business Process Managers in view of analyzing existing workflows and identifying opportunities for automation & improvement
  • Define and deploy effective standard operating processes across, functions and market levels in alignment with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Proactively organize workshops with the Markets and the Functions to identify improvements in the information systems and the existing processes
  • Drive adoption to standard ways of working across the Sales & Marketing organizations, train employees to new procedures or processes and make sure they use them correctly
  • Closely collaborate with our Product and Business Owners to ensure that the tool landscape is in line with processes
  • Define, track and monitor meaningful KPIs to measure processes adoption and performance
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with sales & marketing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain comprehensive documentation.
  • Examples of processes that could be in scope of the role: E2E lead management, E2E Campaign management, Marketing planning, Marketing Activation, CRM, etc.

 

Profile

  • Successfully completed business degree.
  • Min 3-5 years in Business Process Management
  • Strong affinity with marketing, innovation, and customer intelligence topics, preferred experience within a Customer-Centricity program
  • Deep expertise of Lean (Process mapping, Problem Solving)
  • Strong understanding of Agile methods e.g. Scrum, SaFe
  • Strong business acumen and ability to engage with senior stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with a can-do mentality
  • Exquisite Analytical skills and knowledge of analytical tools
  • Fluency in English is required, further language skills desirable (French and/or German is a plus)
  • Intercultural sensitivity and willingness to travel.
