We are currently looking for our future Quality Management Systems Project Manager (m/f/d) based in Blieskastel (Germany), Heltersberg (Germany) or Obernai (France) for a permanent contract.

Responsibilities

• Your main target will be to manage project to support the standardization of the Group processes with the aim of focus and simplification . To do so, you will manage transversal projects, align End-to-End process coherence with all stakeholders and ensure the deployment of the solution as well as the follow up on efficiency.
• You will act as the Coach for your colleagues or GPO to train and support people on Quality processes by developing and maintain trainings
• By auditing internal processes you will check their compliance to standards (QHSE)
• We aim for continuously improvement. By challenging our Group KPI reporting and performing analysis you will identify areas of improvement

Technical requirements, necessary skills and knowledge

• With a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration or a similar field you have got the background to understand the context of our processes
• You are familiar in working with different standards of the ISO (at least ISO 9001)
• Your experience in managing multiple transversal projects (3-5 years) at the same time ensure your structured and solution-oriented way of work
• You are fluent in English, German or French language skills are beneficial
• You are open to travel between our locations Blieskastel and Obernai (daytrips), international travel depending on projects (rarely)
