We are currently looking for our Program Manager (m/f/d) based in Blieskastel (Saarbrücken) or Obernai (Alsace) for a permanent contract with immediate effect.
As Program Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible on a Group level for the design, implementation and monitoring of the whole Hager Production System to ensure sharing and standardization of best practices as well as targeting world class excellence in manufaturing. The scope is the Manufacturing, on all sites of the Group.
Missions
- Develop the program aligned with potential other function and with the support of the corporate process experts
- Ensure continuous improvement of the program collecting and validating requests of process improvement
- Follow the maturity process of the program per factory - Check the gaps & define the next steps with the corporate and local experts
- Support the cooperation between coprorate teams and factories and promote best practices and tips
- Animate Process community to a process-wide partnership
- Develop Training Program: Align with the Hager University – HI!
- Train Key Players: Introduce HPS Program to new Managers
- External benchmark and ensure correct internal benchmark between sites
Profile
- You have advanced education (min. Bachelor Degree) and 15 years’ experience in production functions, with at least one experience as an operational manager or plant manager.
- You worked in a reactive, complex, international and transversal environment.
- You worked in an organization driven by lean.
- You must be fluent in English, as well as German or French, and ideally a third language (French, German, Italian, Polish…).
- You are willing to spend 50% of your time traveling, mainly in Europe
- You have transversal management skills, you are resilient, persistent and pugnacious, and you are a good listener.
