Your role

 

As an Industrialization Engineer, you will report to Yannick Huck, Industrialization Engineering Manager, and play a key role in ensuring efficient and reliable industrial processes.

 

Your responsibilities

 

  • Coordinate technical projects for existing products in collaboration with Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams
  • Manage equipment and process modifications resulting from product changes
  • Maintain and update BOMs, master data, and routings in ERP systems
  • Drive improvements in process efficiency, product quality, and industrial performance

 

Your profile

 

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA is a plus)
  • Knowledge of plastic and metal processing technologies (e.g., injection molding, stamping)
  • Good command of English (min. B2)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive mindset and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams
