What you will be responsible for – your key responsibilities:

  • Managing complete customer service processes
  • Collaborating with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing
  • Ensuring on-time deliveries and correct pricing setup

What you should have – required skills and experience:

  • Experience in customer service / order management
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Resilience in handling challenges and a desire to improve processes
  • English (minimum B2 level)
