What you will be responsible for – your key responsibilities:
- Managing complete customer service processes
- Collaborating with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing
- Ensuring on-time deliveries and correct pricing setup
What you should have – required skills and experience:
- Experience in customer service / order management
- Knowledge of SAP
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Resilience in handling challenges and a desire to improve processes
- English (minimum B2 level)
