As a Logistics & Change Management Engineer you will be based in Castanheira do Ribatejo (Lisbon area), Portugal, for a V.I.E. contract of 1 year, extendable to 2 years. You will report to the Group Trade and Transportation Director in the Logistics department.

 

What will you do?
As we continue to grow in the dynamic Portuguese market, we're looking for a driven individual to join our small, dedicated team. You'll play a key role in implementing a new warehouse management tool—an essential step in our logistics transformation. This is a unique opportunity to lead change management efforts in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, shaping the future of our operations from the ground up.
Your key responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation and optimization of a new warehouse management system (WMS).
  • Accompany and train warehouse staff in adopting new digital tools and processes.
  • Help define, monitor, and improve logistics flows, from order preparation to client delivery.
  • Act as a link between warehouse operations and management for day-to-day issue resolution.
  • Support change management initiatives to transition from manual to digital processes.
  • Analyze data and propose actions to improve service quality and process efficiency.

 

What about you?

  • You have a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
  • You are fluent in English; Portuguese is a plus.
  • You have a first experience (internship or more) in logistics, transport, or ERP/WMS implementation.
  • You are comfortable with Excel and ideally have some exposure to SAP.
  • You are curious, proactive, and not afraid to be on the ground to make things happen.
  • You show strong adaptability and resilience in evolving environments.
  • You enjoy working with multicultural teams and building trust across functions.

What are the recruitment stages?
•    Once your CV has been selected, you will be contacted by a recruiter for an initial phone exchange
•    You will be invited for a first interview with the hiring manager & the recruiter
•    You'll get the chance to showcase your skills by preparing and presenting a use case to the Hiring Manager and the Country Logistics Manager
•    The last step will then be organized with the Managing Director Portugal and the Early Careers team

•    You must be a citizen of one of the Member States of the European Economic Area
•    You must not be a citizen of the host country (in this case Portugal), unless you hold a dual citizenship with another Member State
•    You must be between 18 and 28 years of age
•    You must not have done a V.I.E. in the past
