Transport Optimisation Engineer Downstream DE&FR&EXP

By joining our team, you will contribute to analyzing and improving downstream transport flows from our distribution centers to our end customers, in close collaboration with local teams and our transport partners.

As a Transport Optimisation Engineer Downstream DE&FR&EXP (M/F/X), you will report to the Transport & Global Trade Director within the Supply Chain department, based in Vendenheim or Blieskastel, on a permanent contract.

What you will do ?

• Analyze and optimize downstream transport flows between distribution centers and end customers across Germany, France, and Export regions, to improve cost, quality, and lead-time performance.

• Map transport operations and monitor their performance using key indicators and appropriate management tools.

• Define and implement continuous improvement plans with key transport partners to enhance service levels and operational performance.

• Contribute to the evolution of the distribution network by identifying logistics synergies, more efficient transport modes, and solutions to reduce the carbon footprint of transport activities.

• Support local teams through transformation by helping implement new processes, sharing best practices, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.

What about you ?

• You hold at least a 2-year degree (Associate/Bachelor level) in transport management, logistics, or supply chain.

• You have solid experience in transport, logistics, or flow optimization within an industrial and international environment.

• You possess strong data analysis skills and are proficient with performance tracking and analytics tools (advanced Excel, BI tools, etc.).

• You are pragmatic, comfortable in a cross-functional and international environment, with strong communication and coordination skills.

• Fluency in English is required; a second language is a plus (French/German).
