About the Role

 

We are looking for a senior leader to design and deploy a global preventive and predictive maintenance strategy across 16 manufacturing plants. Your mission is to build a modern, data‑driven maintenance ecosystem that improves asset reliability, increases equipment availability, and accelerates our digital transformation through IoT, CMMS and AI‑based predictive analytics.

Your Key Responsibilities

 

1. Predictive & Preventive Maintenance Strategy

 

  • Develop and implement global standards for preventive and predictive maintenance.
  • Lead the transition from reactive to condition‑based and predictive maintenance models.
  • Strengthen reliability engineering practices (MTBF, MTTR, critical asset strategies)

 

2. Digital Maintenance Transformation

 

  • Drive the adoption of modern digital maintenance tools (CMMS, IoT, AI‑powered predictive analytics).
  • Ensure data and analytics are embedded in daily maintenance decision‑making.
  • Build global dashboards and KPIs to monitor asset performance and maintenance effectiveness.

 

3. Global Standards & Governance

 

  • Define global maintenance frameworks, maturity levels and implementation roadmaps.
  • Conduct maturity assessments and support plants in executing improvement plans.
  • Ensure consistent governance and alignment across all sites.

 

4. Capability Building & Collaboration

  • Coach and develop maintenance teams in predictive, preventive and data‑driven maintenance.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions and on‑site gemba activities.
  • Foster a culture of reliability, continuous improvement and digital adoption.

 

What You Bring

 

Must‑Have

 

  • 10+ years of experience in maintenance, reliability, engineering or operational excellence.
  • Proven track record in building or transforming preventive/predictive maintenance systems.
  • Strong understanding of digital maintenance tools (CMMS, IoT, AI‑based predictive solutions).
  • Experience working in multi‑site or global manufacturing environments.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable improvements and influence diverse stakeholders.

 

Nice‑to‑Have

 

  • Experience in tooling lifecycle management.
  • Background in reliability engineering or asset management.
  • Experience leading global standardization or transformation programs.
