About The Role
Your role will be to provide key data and analyses that serve as the foundation for decision‑making related to export activities.
As a Function Controller, you will ultimately report to the Controlling Team Manager, with your workplace located in Tychy.
Your analyses and reports will form the basis for managing performance and effectiveness of export activities within Hager Group at an international level. You will also be responsible for ensuring high‑quality data for the global Export function.
Your Responsibilities

preparing analyses and reports (sales, profitability, costs, trends, variances),

monitoring export performance and identifying areas requiring action,
-
ensuring data accuracy in SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, and non‑SAP units,
-
supporting month‑end closing (variance analysis, explanations, data validation),
Requirements
Must have
-
university degree (finance/economics/accounting),
-
minimum 3 years of experience in controlling/financial analysis, preferably in sales/export,
-
very good Excel skills,
-
experience with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA is an advantage)

English and Polish at minimum B2 level,
-
high attention to detail, analytical thinking, independence.
Nice to have

knowledge of BW/4HANA,
-
experience in a global organization.
