Join our reorganized and growing global sourcing organization within contract of employment. This role offers strong visibility, collaboration with international teams, and the opportunity to shape controlling processes within a modernized procurement structure. Reporting to the Controlling Business Partner Sourcing, you will support both direct and indirect sourcing teams across multiple countries, being located in Bieruń within a hybrid model schedule.

 

Your responsibilities

 

  • Provide controlling support for global sourcing: budgets, forecasts, actuals, cost tracking and FTE tracking.
  • Lead the follow‑up and analysis of 620 savings initiatives (approx. 50% of the role).
  • Prepare financial reports and analyses for sourcing leaders and business partners.
  • Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
  • Ensure data quality, compliance, and process standardization.
  • Contribute to improving controlling tools and processes (SAP Cloud, Excel).

Your profile

 

  • 3–5 years of controlling experience (sourcing or manufacturing controlling preferred).
  • Master’s degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration or related field.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to challenge stakeholders.
  • Very good Excel skills; SAP Cloud mandatory.
  • Fluent English and Polish; German or French is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in an international matrix environment.
