Function Controller HBS (m/f/d)

You will work closely with international stakeholders (especially controllers and business leaders responsible globally for functions located in HBS) to ensure accurate cost allocation and reporting across the Hager Group.
As a Function Controller HBS (m/f/d) you will report temporary to Finance Director n the Controlling based in Tychy for a Permanent contract.
We are looking for a Controller to support our Shared Services organization in managing it’s financial planning, following the cost evolution, measuring the performance and efficiency. Why Join Us? Your responsibilities:
Planning & Forecasting

Prepare cost forecasts based on input from stakeholders

Calculate planned recharge amounts to internal customers

Support the Group forecast process

Support creation and follow up of Business cases related to activities located in HBS
Intercompany & Cost Allocation

Collect and validate costs for recharge calculations

Allocate costs across group entities based on defined allocation keys

Maintain recharge data in dedicated system

Cooperate with group finance teams on recharge methodology
Month-End Closing

Perform internal cost allocations across relevant cost centers

Review accruals related to recharges and ensure completeness

Support month-end closing activities
Reporting

Maintain and develop the set of KPis and reports dedicated to the Shared Service Center efficiency and Performance
Audit Support

Respond to audit queries related to intercompany processes
Your Profile

Experience in controlling, finance, or accounting

Strong analytical and communication skills
-
Ability to manage stakeholders and work in an international environment

SAP S/4HANA knowledge is a plus

English and Polish min. upper intermediate
