About the role:
 
Hager Business Services sp. z o.o. is an entity dedicated to provide shared services to Hager Group companies worldwide. Currently, we support functions such as Finance, Controlling, HR, IT and Engineering.
 
We are currently looking for a Function Controller who will support measuring and improving the performance and efficiency of those teams. You will work closely with international stakeholders (controllers and business leaders as well as local management) to ensure accurate cost allocation and reporting across the Hager Group, support financial planning and follow cost evolution.

Your responsibilities: 
 
Planning & Forecasting:
 
• Prepare cost forecasts based on input from stakeholders
• Calculate planned recharge amounts to internal customers
• Support the Group forecast process
• Support creation and follow-up of business cases
• Prepare and follow up productivity-focused business cases
 
Intercompany & Cost Allocation:
 
• Collect and validate costs for recharge calculations
• Allocate costs across group entities based on defined keys
• Maintain recharge data in systems
• Cooperate with group finance teams
 
Month-End Closing:
 
• Perform internal cost allocations
• Review accruals related to recharges
• Support month-end closing activities
 
Reporting:
 
• Maintain and develop KPIs and performance reports
 
Audit:
 
• Support audit queries related to intercompany processes
 
Your Profile
 
• Experience in controlling
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work with international stakeholders
• SAP S/4HANA knowledge is a plus
• Experience in efficiency projects is a plus
• English and Polish min. B2
