Your Responsibilities
- Technical coordination of projects for existing products (in collaboration with cross-functional teams: Quality, Laboratory, Production, Industrialization, etc.)
- Development and implementation of electromechanical standards
- Providing technical support and guidance regarding electromechanical standards and validation processes
- Analysis of product requirements, including functional, regulatory, performance, and cost aspects
- Designing, dimensioning, developing, and optimizing electrotechnical functions
- Defining and managing validation plans and qualification programs
- Acting as the main interface with testing laboratories
Your profile:
- A candidate with a university degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in defining and validating engineering standards.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively solve complex problems.
- The ability to assess and efficiently implement new standards.
- English proficiency at a minimum B2 level, enabling effective communication within the Group.
- Experience in Research & Development (R&D), product validation, or electromechanical development.
- Analyzing test results and resolving non-conformities
