As a Sales Administration Specialist you will report to [N+1 Jobtitel] in the Customer Service department based in Telford  for a Permanent contract.

What you will do ?

  • Process debit notes and return claims in line with internal policies and timelines.
  • Investigate discrepancies and liaise with sales, finance, and customer care teams.
  • Participate in meetings to resolve outstanding claims collaboratively.
  • Ensure accurate records and documentation for each request.
  • Adhere to company quality, safety, and environmental policies.
