As a Key Account Specification Manager - Midlands M/F/D you will report to the Sales Manager in the Salesbased in Telford  for a Permanent contract.

Your Misson:

Drive and develop Hager project Sales by influencing specifiers ( M&E Consultants, Designers, Clients, National Contractors) to include Hager Solutions at an early stage in Project designs, building strong technical relationships whilst Managing the project spider, milestones & pipeline via CRM

 

What you will do?

  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with specifiers, ensuring the company’s solutions are front‑of‑mind throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Product Promotion: Introduce, demonstrate, and specify the company’s electrical products and solutions, effectively communicating technical features, performance advantages, and long‑term value/benefits
  • Project Pipeline Management: Identify, track, and manage specification opportunities from initial design through to tender. Maintain accurate progress and visibility using CRM project milestones and reporting tools.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide high‑quality technical advice to specifiers, support design requirements, and contribute to CPD (Continuing Professional Development) sessions to enhance understanding of solutions and industry standards.
  • Market Awareness: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving technologies to identify opportunities and ensure the company remains competitive and relevant.
  •  Sales Execution: Drive specification-led sales, follow up on project opportunities, collaborating with the project team to ensure Hager specifications win rate grows.
