As a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer you will report to [N+1 Jobtitel] in the [department name] based in Shanghai  for a Permanent contract.

We are looking for an Supplier Quality Management and Industrial Coordinator for our E-Mobility activity, based in Shanghai area, China.

Job description:

Linked to Industrialization manager of the Business Unit based in France, you are in charge to support the industrialization of new product (finished goods, subsets and PCBA) by our Chinese suppliers. Your mission is to do the link between industrialization and quality teams (in France) and local Chinese suppliers In this scope, key activities are :

• Integrate engineering / industrial needs of our projects and propose local deployment

• In collaboration with industrialization teams, prepare and manage prototype runs and pre-series on an operational level to introduce new products, evolutions or product modifications.

• In collaboration with industrialization teams, define the mapping of the industrial activities and validate its execution follow it up closely on site, on 3 main pillars o Product assembly line o PCBA assembly line o Industrial testing activities

• In collaboration with quality teams, execute audits for manufacturing processes, support claims, root causes analysis and improvement plans

• Identify suppliers / create local partnership to enlarge business industrial business opportunities

• Build and follow action plan / dashboard / reporting

• Manage engineering running changes, after product releases. 

• Support SnOP activities, logistics, and local sourcing.

Your profile:

You have a strong experience in industrialization of products, and the realization and validation of a production line and its equipment’s (assembly, testing, ..), as well as a relevant experience in the processes of manufacturing (SMT & THT) and testing electronical boards (IPC 610-A is a must)

You have a consistent technical know-how in methods, lean manufacturing, and product / PCBA assembly activities You have experiences in risk assessment, process validations, manufacturing audits, claim management, with associated quality toolbox (PFMEA, PPAP, VDA, 8D, …)

It is mandatory to master English language (we would recommend at least C1 level). Additional languages are a huge plus. e.g. French B2.

You have leadership, customer oriented skills, strong competences for analysis, communication and feedbacks. You like challenges, to solve problems and are able to work in an agile and super dynamic business environment. Regular business travel in France are part of the mission, as well as across China Local management by Hager China, functional link with French team.
