We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Executive to be based out of our office in Shah Alam, Malaysia. This is a key role within the Customer Service Team that focuses on the day to day operations of Hager Malaysia.

 

As a Customer Service Executive (m/f/d) you will report to Customer Care Leader based in Shah Alam  for a Permanent contract.

 

Your responsibilities: 

 

 

Customer Service Daily Operations

 

  1. Customer Purchase/Sales order entry into SAP system
  2. Management of Order through to Delivery via SAP system
  3. Assist on Quality Inspection Management (QIM) processing – manage Goods Return & Unsold return request from customer
  4. Liaise with Hager 3PL for regular and special shipment requirements by customer.

 

Customer Inquiries & Satisfaction

 

  1. Timely response to customer inquiries via emails & phone.
  2. Provide solutions and proactively solve customer issues.
  3. Collaborate with Hager Sales/Finance/Technical team to resolve customer issues.

 

Reports

 

  1. Prepare daily reports for daily operations task
  2. Assist on ad-hoc & weekly reports.

 

 

System upgrades & issues

 

  1. Assist to conduct UAT testing during system upgrade.
  2. Collaborate with IT team on solving IT issues.
  3. Suggest ideas and solutions that can be implemented for smoother CS processes and operations

 

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Diploma / Degree (preferably in supply chain management, customer service, business administration)
  • Proven experience in handling customers & distributors with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stay calm and to solve issues with strong customer centricity mindset.
  • Proactive and adaptive mindset to work with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Possess good written and oral presentation skills. 
  • Ability to work in diverse cultural and multi lingual environments. 
  • Willingness to travel as and when required.
