Senior ABAP Developer
We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior ABAP Developer to join our team in Bieruń or remotely in Poland on a permanent basis. In this role, you will have a real impact on the design and evolution of enterprise‑scale S/4HANA solutions, working in a modern SAP environment that supports critical business processes across the organization.
This position is ideal for a proactive expert who enjoys combining deep technical ownership with close collaboration with business stakeholders. You will take part in shaping solutions, setting technical standards, and sharing knowledge, while working with up‑to‑date SAP technologies in a stable, long‑term setup.
Your responsibilities:

Design and implement robust ABAP solutions for enterprise‑wide S/4HANA deployments.

Develop efficient, maintainable code using dialog programming, ALV reports, ALE, BAPIs, CDS Views, OData services, and SAP Fiori (mobile and desktop).

Contribute to solution architecture and ensure compliance with coding standards, performance optimization, and version control practices.

Actively collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze challenges, and propose effective technical solutions.

Serve as a technical subject matter expert, supporting internal and external project teams.Identify and mitigate technical and business risks, issues, and dependencies.

Prepare clear technical documentation and communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Support testing activities, including user acceptance testing, to ensure high‑quality and timely releases.

Share knowledge by preparing training materials and supporting users and support teams when needed.
You will bring:

Minimum 6 years of professional experience in ABAP / SAP development.Strong expertise in S/4HANA, ABAP, Fiori, CDS Views, and OData.

Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.

Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with strong prioritization skills.

Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, time‑management, and communication skills.

Proficiency in English and Polish (minimum B2 level).

Experience with Test‑Driven Development (TDD) is a plus.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
