As Digital Customer Engagement Manager (m/f/d), you will report to the Digital Marketing & Customer Experience (DMCX) Senior Director and will be based in Paris or Obernai for a temporary contract. 

 

What you will do? 

 

  • Define and own the global Sales & Marketing CRM vision and strategy aligned with commercial and marketing objectives
  • Lead and execute the Change Management strategy of our CRM transformation to drive adoption of the CRM processes and systems
  • Own the marketing automation and customer engagement platform strategy, including to manage global projects, backlog, and roadmap for our CRM ecosystem (Sales, Marketing and Customer Care platforms)
  • Enable Business Segments to operationalize their customer strategies through CRM workflows, lifecycle models, and automated journeys
  • Build, lead, and develop high-performing CRM, Sales & Marketing & Customer Service Enablement team
  • As a key Leadership Team member of the Global Marketing & Digital team, contribute to the Global Marketing strategy and support our Marketing transformation initiatives

 

What about you? 

 

  • Deep expertise and leadership experience in sales and omni-channel marketing, customer engagement, Marketing & Sales CRM strategies, and Sales Enablement
  • Experience in managing teams in an agile environment, fervent supporter of Agile methods
  • Proven experience in building and transforming an organization from people, tooling data and process
  • Action oriented and data-driven, strategic mindset with holistic approach to decision making
  • Excellent communication skills, Advanced/Proficient English level. French is a plus
