As a Group Talent Acquisition Director you will report to the HR VP Transformation in the HR department based in Obernai (France) or Blieskastel (Germany) for a Permanent contract.

 

Your Mission

  • Define and implement a global Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business growth.
  • Design a future operating model to drive recruitment excellence across the Group.
  • Strengthen our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and lead employer branding and HR marketing initiatives.
  • Enhance the end-to-end candidate experience using data-driven insights and innovation.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a performance-driven international Talent Acquisition team, fostering best practices and collaboration and leveraging AI tools.
  • Work closely with Talent Management team, ideally knowledge about Talent management and Org. development would be a strong plus

 

What You Bring

  • Proven leadership experience in global talent acquisition, ideally in an international and multicultural setting.
  • Deep knowledge of recruitment trends, technologies, and employer branding strategies.
  • A good understanding of talent management, including internal mobility, succession planning, and long-term workforce planning.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and advisory skills at executive level, combined with a results-driven mindset and strong proficiency in using data and analytics to inform decisions and measure success
  • Bring both strategic and operational skills together in person and in the team
  • Fluency in English (mandatory); French and/or German is a strong advantage.

What are the recruitment stages? 

  • Once your CV has been selected, you will be contacted by a recruiter for an initial phone exchange.
  • You will be invited for a first interview with the hiring manager & the recruiter 
  • A second Interview will be then organized with the N+2 & the HR manager
