You will actively contribute to the company’s overall performance by managing strategic categories in an international and innovative environment.

 

As a Category Manager Electronics, you will report to the Electronics Purchasing Manager within the Sourcing Department, based in Obernai, on a permanent contract (CDI).

What will you will do?

 

  • Define and implement the purchasing strategy for the electronics category in line with the company’s growth objectives
  • Lead supplier selection, evaluation, and development to ensure long-term quality, availability, and performance
  • Manage tenders and negotiate contracts to secure the best commercial conditions
  • Manage supplier risks by ensuring transparency, anticipation, and implementation of mitigation plans
  • Contribute to strategic projects, supplier innovation, and the continuous improvement of purchasing processes

 

What about you?

 

  • You hold a degree in management, supply chain, or an equivalent field
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in strategic purchasing or category management, ideally within the electronics industry
  • You possess strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • You demonstrate strong analytical, decision-making, and complex problem-solving abilities
  • You are recognized for your interpersonal skills and your ability to work in an international environment (fluent English required; German and/or French would be a plus)
