As a Campaign Success Management & Growth Analyst (m/f/d), you will report to the Growth Marketing Manager in the Global Marketing & Digital department based in Obernai (67) or Paris (75) for a permanent contract.
Mission
The Campaign Success Management & Growth Analyst drives business impact by measuring, analysing, and optimizing marketing campaign performance. Through advanced analytics, experimentation, and predictive modelling, the role delivers actionable insights that improve targeting, messaging, channel effectiveness, and overall marketing ROI while identifying new growth opportunities across markets.
Responsibilities
- Lead performance measurement of campaigns and growth marketing strategies: Track and analyse KPIs across acquisition, engagement, conversion, and revenue to optimize ongoing and future activations.
- Support omni‑channel campaign governance: Ensure Growth Marketing teams set proper objectives, measure accurately, and interpret results effectively.
- Manage marketing & media effectiveness models: Oversee MMM, MTA, incrementality, and experimental design approaches to understand channel contribution and ROI.
- Design and execute testing frameworks: Create robust A/B and multivariate testing strategies, test roadmaps, and statistical analysis methods.
- Run forecasting and predictive modelling: Use ML and statistical models to forecast performance, optimize budget allocation, and refine audience targeting.
- Build measurement frameworks: Define measurement strategies, monitoring plans, success indicators, and benchmarking items on the Integrated Marketing Activation Strategy.
- Advise campaign teams: Serve as the analytics partner ensuring insights translated to actionable improvements in targeting, messaging, and channel mix.
- Identify growth opportunities: Spot new levers, audiences, or campaign strategies that can deliver incremental value and business expansion.
- Campaign Benchmarking on competitor activities.
What about you?
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field from a business school, university, or engineering school.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in B2B Marketing Analytics, CRM, Customer Intelligence, or Data-Driven Marketing, ideally in a B2B environment involving distributor networks.
- Strong expertise in marketing data analysis, dashboard development, and the monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing effectiveness and customer insights.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, particularly Power BI; experience with CRM platforms, especially Microsoft Dynamics, is considered a strong advantage.
- Recognized for a rigorous analytical approach, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Ability to simplify complex analyses and effectively collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Customer Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, Sales Excellence, and Management teams.
- Fluent in English; French or German is a strong plus. Technical background or strong technical interest is beneficial
