Pricing Project Manager (m/f/d)
We are seeking a Pricing Project Manager (m/f/d) to lead global, multi-market pricing initiatives from strategy through to execution. In this role, you will be responsible for standardizing pricing structures, optimizing discounts and surcharges, and acting as the SAP pricing expert within the organization.
You will work in close collaboration with Sales, Finance, Product Management, and IT to drive pricing excellence, ensure robust governance, and support the continuous improvement of our pricing processes across markets.
The position is based in Madrid (Spain) or Blieskastel (Germany) and offered on a permanent contract.
Mission:
- Lead global pricing programs, from design to adoption, including standard pricing schemes, discount frameworks, and surcharges.
- Manage the end-to-end price waterfall and ensure compliance with margin, rebate, and bonus programs.
- Develop dashboards and analytics to monitor pricing performance, deal conversion, and margin realization.
- Serve as the SAP S/4HANA Pricing expert and ensure system controls, condition techniques, and CPQ/CRM integration.
- Drive cross-functional projects to optimize pricing, reduce escalations, and improve approval processes.
- Create playbooks, policies, and training materials for global and local teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to influence decisions and ensure alignment across markets.
Profile:
- 6-10 years in B2B pricing, commercial excellence, or finance, with multi-country program leadership experience.
- Hands-on SAP Pricing (S/4HANA) expertise; familiarity with PROS, Vistex, or similar is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills (Excel, BI, Tableau) and experience translating data into actionable policies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (French, German, Spanish) are a bonus.
