We are searching for a Learning Experience Designer (m/f/d) located in Poland on a permanent contract.
As a Learning Experience Designer within the Global Learning & Development (L&D) team, you will play a key role in shaping the learning strategy for the organization. Acting as a strategic partner to function and business leaders, you will ensure that learning initiatives are aligned with business priorities and embedded within our global talent development framework.
Your role will be to challenge assumptions, provide thought leadership, and drive innovative learning solutions that enhance organizational capabilities. By designing and implementing impactful upskilling and reskilling programs, you will contribute to the continuous evolution of our Corporate University, leveraging cutting-edge learning technologies to create a world-class learning experience across the organization.
Your key responsibilities
Strategic Business Partnering
- Collaborate closely with function leaders and SMEs across various departments to understand their priorities and ensure learning initiatives support long-term business success.
- Act as a trusted advisor, challenging stakeholders to rethink their approach to learning and talent.
Learning Strategy & Program Development
- Design and develop learning solutions that align with business challenges, using recognized adult learning theories and data-driven insights.
- Ensure learning experiences are engaging, business-relevant, and designed to drive measurable impact.
Project Leadership & Change Enablement
- Lead complex international learning projects from strategy to execution, ensuring seamless implementation and adoption.
- Apply strong project management principles to drive stakeholder engagement, manage resources, and track success.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Influence
- Work closely with Academy Managers, HR Business Partners, and Business Leaders ensuring alignment between learning programs and organizational goals.
- Build strong relationships across the company, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Innovation & Learning Technologies
- Leverage the latest technologies, including AI, XR, and data analytics, to create scalable and future-proof learning solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously refining learning approaches to keep pace with evolving business needs.
What about you?
Experience & Expertise
- Strong background in learning & development, instructional design, and corporate learning programs, preferably within a large international B2B organization and in different functions
- Proven ability to engage and challenge leaders ensuring learning initiatives are strategically aligned and impactful.
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Deep understanding of modern learning technologies, instructional design principles, and adult learning methodologies.
- Experience with LMS, LXP, and content creation tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Rise, Synthesia) is mandatory.
Soft Skills & Leadership
- Strong communication, active listening, and influencing skills, allowing you to challenge and guide senior stakeholders effectively.
- A proactive, business-oriented mindset with a structured and solution-driven approach to problem-solving.
Languages
- Fluency in English and Polish is required; French or German would be a plus.
