We are currently looking for a permanent postion of Maintenance Engineer Manager for our location in La Roca del Vallés.

Standards & procedures
* Define the procedures, standards and tools to be applied in the Maintenance activity in La Roca in the scope of Manufacturing
* Ensure that members of the Maintenance department know and comply with the stablished standards
* Develop, implement and follow up the required indicators to track the performance of the department, specially those included in the HPS 2.0 Roadmap for Maintenance
* Lead and promote benchmark activities (internally and externally) in the scope of maintenance activities and industrial equipment

People management

* Lead the Maintenance department
* Take part in the defined Management Routines of the plant as representative of the Maintenance department
* Manage the performance and the development of his/her collaborators
* Ensure the correct training of his/her collaborators, ensuring that they are kept up to date in those technologies that affect the machinery and equipment implemented in the factory
* Standarize the processes,equipments and tools of the Maintenance team
* Communicate all group information to his/her team
* Follow up the administrative tasks of the department

Preventive maintenance

* Define the required preventive maintenance in the production equipment
* Evaluate the required resources to implement the preventive maintenance action plan
* Assign the realization of the tasks (internal collaborators and external suppliers) and follow up the correct development of the tasks on time
* Define and implement the required action plans to solve the detected problems/deviations
* Responsible to detect and follow up the legal maintenances related to production equipment
* Lead the deployment of TPM
* Preventive maintenance costs follow up to verify the yearly budget fulfilment

Corrective maintenance

* Root cause analysis of breakdowns affecting all Manufacturing equipment
* Define the required action plan to define contingency, corrective and preventive actions 
* Modify preventive maintenance action plan according to root cause analysis of breakdowns 
* Define the required spare parts stock to ensure the optimal combination of machinery availability and maintenance costs
* Corrective maintenance costs follow up to verify the yearly budget fulfilment

Projects / CI

* Support Manufacturing Industrialization in the definition of the specifications for new equipment or the modification of existing ones
* Support Manufacturing Industrialization and Production in the implementation of new equipment or the modification of existing ones
* Ensure the coherence of the different projects and the integration of new technologies
* Lead the promotion of Continuous Improvement approach in the department and active role in the execution of CI initiatives with the involvement of the Maintenance team

HS

* Propose and define with HS department the safety rules for the Maintenance team 
* Garanty the training and the rules follow up by the team
