As a Facilities Manager (m/f/d) you will be part of the Manufacturing department based in La Roca for a permanent contract.
Mission
• Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of all building and facility services
• Oversee technical infrastructure, including electrical systems and utilities
• Manage external service providers and ensure high-quality service delivery
• Ensure compliance with health, safety & environmental (HSE) regulations and internal standards
• Support energy management, sustainability initiatives, and site efficiency improvements
• Coordinate maintenance planning, repairs, and technical improvement projects
• Act as the key contact for internal stakeholders on all facility and HSE-related topics
Profile
• Technical degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Several years of experience in Facility Management, Maintenance, or HSE-related roles
• Strong knowledge of building systems, technical infrastructure, and maintenance processes
• Solid understanding of HSE regulations and compliance requirements
• Experience in managing external service providers and technical contractors
• Structured, hands-on, and solution-oriented working approach
• Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders
• Fluent in Spanish & English (German and/or French is an advantage)
