As a Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d) you will report to Customer Service Team leader based in La Roca for a permanent contract.

 

 

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist for a permanent position in La Roca del Vallès. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer support and promoting a customer-first culture within the organization. You will help ensure smooth, efficient operations and contribute to high customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

You will have the opportunity to implement practical solutions that improve processes, support sustainable practices, and enhance the overall customer experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

  •  Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates or delays to customers
  • Identify recurring issues and propose improvements to customer service processes 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive experience
  • Follow and continuously improve customer service processes, policies, and standards
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service issues, and resolutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
  • Support performance tracking and reporting to inform operational improvements
  • Stay informed about industry trends and customer service best practices

 

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience in a customer service role, preferably in logistics or supply chain environments
  • Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer support
  • Excellent English & Spanish skills (spoken and written)
  • Familiarity with CRM software, databases, and ERP systems (SAP experience a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, customer-first mindset
  • Ability to multitask, analyze problems, and provide practical solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is desirable but not mandatory
