Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and responsible for the projects sales turnover, price-evolution, A/R and inventory where applicable.
- Grow project sales and tenders within key accounts (developers, consultants and contractors)
- Ensure successful acceptance of Hager solution and value proposition for tenders issued by key accounts.
- Ensure the development of professional relationships with account's personnel and present value add to secure Hager proposition
- Contribute to the sustainable growth and development of key accounts by:
- Ensure Hager brand is specified in all our key accounts’ (consultants and developers) projects.
- Ensure & facilitate that purchasing, pricing, product information is communicated effectively to the account's staff
- Ensuring accounts are visited regularly and capturing all available opportunities where applicable
- Co-ordinate training of key account's staffs
- Providing project sales funnel and reports to ensure continuous project pipelines within the fiscal year
- Providing market intelligence about accounts’ wants and needs while enforcing Hager value proposition to them
- Track sectoral growth with focus on specific vertical such as residential and commercial opportunities and where collaborate with other Hager’s team members
- Assist in the development of the business plan, budgets & sales forecasts
- Liaise with product marketing staff to develop promotional activities & increase Hager value proposition with accounts
- Liaise and collaborate closely with Distributor Sales Staffs to ensure smooth execution of project sales, initiated by tender/project order from accounts to distributors/wholesalers
- Responsible for executing business risk management and compliance
- Contribute to pricing policy, promotions, & rebate to accounts if applicable.
- Maintain strong relations with other team members to collaborate and share best practices
- In the spirit of learning and collaboration among team members, participate and accept other tasks assigned by the management
