We are currently looking for a permanent postion of HR Business Partner for our location Huizhou.

We are looking for an HR Business Partner to support our Hager Group ambition in China.

The job holder will be part of the local Management team, our international HR team and reporting to the Director HR Business Partner China & India based in Shanghai.

The HR Business Partner actively contributes to reach the Group ambition, leveraging our corporate culture in a moving environment. Provides Business Leaders with specific, strategic and consultative services related to organization & people and builds strong credibility and provides an independent viewpoint while being a solid sparring partner on the following: Business strategy, Organizational design & effectiveness & People Agenda.

Mission

  • Role model the company culture and inspire and engage Business Leaders to keep alive the fundamentals of our company culture while facilitating mindset and behavioral evolutions.
  • Understand business trends and contribute to build business strategy in a challenging and transforming manufacturing environment
  • Translate business strategy into a talent/people, and culture set of initiatives.
  • Partner with Business Leaders to assess organization effectiveness by identifying
    and evaluating capabilities, behaviors and structures
  • Provide change management support to  business leaders and managers in a context of important transformation
  • Support and influence the design of the appropriate organizational structure responding to business strategy in respect of the agreed Hager organization principles.
  • Guarantee the right people are in the right positions either through internal development and/or external staffing  for today's and tomorrow's success of the organization.
  • Drive the appropriate development and retention actions plan
  • Create an environment in which it is recognized that training the skills of our leaders, managers and employees gives a competitive advantage.
  • Impulse and support performance management in order to drive accountability at every level.
  • Contribute to the development of HR Projects on Group level and in the countries.

Education & functional skills

  • University degree in Business Management, HR, Psychology or comparable education
  • At least 10 years of working experience in the field of HR Business Partnering in an industrial, challenging and complex environment
  • Experience in a transforming environment is an asset
  • Intercultural experience and awareness required to work across borders and within the global Hager Group
  • Demonstrated knowledge of modern HRM process
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent link to the company and understanding of internal procedures
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Business competence
