Key Responsibilities岗位职责:

1. Develop a competitive supplier base for Hager group markets. 

2.Work with Marketing, Engineering, QA, pre-study, research, develop and fulfill business solution for Market. 

3. Manage supplier to achieve new project schedule and cost target. 

4. Mitigate business and supply risk. 

5. Improve supplier performance in delivery, quality and operation.

6. Build material/products cost advantage. 

Position Requirements任职要求: 

1. Bachelor degree, and major in engineerin of mechanical or electrical is preferred, business management is acceptable 

2. Above 5 years working experience in International business, Sourcing or R&D in MNC

3. Has related experience in new supplier and new project development, project and business contract, trading goods sourcing 

4. Good at market research for business solution and strategic business partner management 

5. Strong logic and communication skill, accountable and result oriented

6. Fluent English in writing and speaking
