As a Technical market Manager M/F/D you will report to the Sales Manager in the Sales department based in Dublin for a Permanent contract.

What you will do

  • Translate technical electrical solutions into commercial value propositions, influencing consultants, contractors and panel builders from design through to project completion.
  • Act as a technical expert in electrical distribution systems, supporting customers across design, specification, installation and troubleshooting phases.
  • Lead and coordinate technical expertise within the organization, acting as a reference Technical Market Expert, sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues and ensuring high technical standards across projects.
  • Develop and manage project pipelines, including tenders, specifications and technical submissions, ensuring accuracy, compliance and competitiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, wholesalers and key accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and driving specification wins.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing and Technical teams, while contributing to product positioning, pricing insights and market development.

 

What about you

  • You are a commercially minded technical professional with strong expertise in electrical distribution systems across residential, commercial and industrial environments.
  • You have a solid understanding of key standards and regulations (I.S. 10101, EN 61439, LVD, CE compliance), ensuring all solutions are fully compliant and specification‑ready.
  • You demonstrate strong technical problem‑solving skills, with the ability to analyse schematics, distribution layouts and protection concepts.
  • You show leadership and influence, acting as a technical reference, sharing expertise and supporting others in a collaborative environment.
  • You are proficient in technical design and commercial tools (AutoSketch, HagerCAD or similar such as AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, Revit), with strong skills in Excel and CRM/ERP systems.
  • You are highly organised, adaptable and customer‑focused, able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously, with a continuous improvement mindset.
