As a Supply Chain Planner & Coordinator M/F/D you will report to the Planning & Scheduling Leader in the Supply Chain & Logistics based in Dublin for a Permanent contract.
What you will do ?
- Review, challenge and improve demand forecasts to ensure alignment with customer needs and production capacity, identifying supply risks early and driving mitigation actions.
- Control inventory and replenishment by optimising stock levels, safety stocks and reorder points across warehouses, assembly and external locations, in line with Group standards.
- Plan supply and manage gaps through regular supply analysis, close collaboration with manufacturing sites, and proactive escalation of risks to minimise customer impact.
- Coordinate cross‑functionally with Sales, Projects, Customer Service and Operations, acting as the key contact for supply issues, backorders and logistics complaints.
- Manage supply processes in SAP and data reporting, including purchase and intercompany orders, master data accuracy, KPI tracking and Excel‑based reporting.
- Ensure Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental compliance, applying Company standards, procedures and policies in daily supply chain operations.
What about you ?
- You hold a third‑level qualification in Supply Chain, Business or a related discipline, or you bring significant equivalent experience in supply chain, inventory planning or operations within a distribution or manufacturing environment.
- You have proven experience across end‑to‑end supply chain activities, including demand planning, inventory management and supply coordination.
- You demonstrate strong planning, organisational and analytical skills, with a high level of attention to detail and data accuracy in a fast‑paced environment.
- You are solution‑oriented and proactive, able to work on your own initiative, interpret data and support effective decision‑making.
- You are comfortable working cross‑functionally, building effective and influential relationships with Sales, Operations, Customer Service and Supply Chain stakeholders.
- You have strong IT proficiency, with essential experience using SAP and advanced Microsoft Excel.
