We are looking for an Industrialisation Engineer (m/f/d) for a permanent contract to join our Operations team in Brescia, contributing to the industrialisation of new products and major process evolutions in an international industrial environment.
As an Industrialisation Engineer, you will be involved from the early phases of product and process development, ensuring robust, efficient and scalable manufacturing solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Define and develop complete manufacturing processes for new products or major product/process modifications (layout, flows, technologies, automation, ergonomics and safety)
- Ensure quality, cost, safety, reliability, lead time and performance standards are met in production processes
- Contribute to industrialisation activities within projects, including industrial guidelines, tools and procedures
- Support project milestones and follow machine construction or modification from design to final acceptance
- Define and secure investment levels and product cost breakdowns in line with the agreed business plan
- Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Sourcing and external suppliers in an international context
Your profile
- Master’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or similar)
- 0–5 years of experience in industrialisation, manufacturing engineering or related fields
- Solid understanding of industrial production processes and electromechanical/electrical systems
- Knowledge of FMEA and industrial quality tools
- Basic working knowledge of SAP (BOM definition, MRP data, cost analysis)
- English at B2 level (working environment)
- Team player with a structured mindset, problem-solving skills and an interest in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing
