Mission

  • Drive Agile ways of working across the global Product Information organization by coaching teams and stakeholders on Scrum principles and practices.
  • Facilitate collaboration, transparency, and self-organization within virtual and cross-functional teams.
  • Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and operational excellence.
  • Define, implement, and continuously optimize quality management processes to ensure efficient and customer-centric Product Information delivery.
  • Conduct audits, assessments, and process reviews to identify improvement opportunities and strengthen quality performance.
  • Act as a key enabler between Engineering, Content Enrichment, Value Assurance, Publication, and other stakeholders to ensure scalable, high-quality outcomes.

 

Profile

  • Master's degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Information Management, Business Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Quality Management, Process Management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Certification and/or practical experience in Agile methodologies and Scrum (e.g., Scrum Master certification).
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills in an international environment.
  • Experience with Product Information Management systems, ideally STIBO STEP.
  • Excellent English language skills; German and/or French are considered an advantage.
