We are currently looking for our future Sales Functional Controller (m/f/d) based in Blieskastel (Germany) or Obernai (France) for a permanent contract.

Your mission

• Translate operational plans into financial logic and ensure the application of Group standards.
• Contribute to periodic forecast processes, analyse variances, co-build and contribute to the implementation of associated action plans.
• Establish financial indicators reflecting the true image of the operational performance.
• Challenge KPIs and their monitoring to increase efficiency through new digital tools.
• Based on KPI analyses, propose relevant and concrete actions to improve operational performance.
• Provide the necessary financial elements for operational decision-making by enlightening Operations with financial impacts, respective implications and providing with them relevant information.

Your profile

• Higher education degree, Business School type, Master equivalent.
• More than five years’ experience in Controlling or Audit, preferably in an international environment.
• Fluent English language skills, German and/or French language skills depending on the location would be a plus.
• Knowledge in Excel, SAP and BI tools.
• Solid knowledge in finance, control processes and compliance.
• You easily understand accounting/legal rules and readily identify their influence in the field of controlling.
• Rigor, analytical skills and change management abilities will be essential.
• Your customer orientation, your ability to work cross-functionally and your appetite for performance will be your greatest assets for success in our group.
