We are currently looking for a Recruitment Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team in Blieskastel on a permanent contract.
Mission
- Lead and execute strategic recruitment initiatives for senior managers, specialists, and key business functions by managing the annual hiring plan and developing targeted talent acquisition strategies
- Drive end-to-end recruitment processes with a strong focus on active sourcing, executive search methodologies, and international talent acquisition
- Act as a trusted talent acquisition advisor to business leaders, HRBPs, and the international recruitment community by providing market intelligence, recruitment insights, and strategic guidance
- Handle searches beyond the German scope and support international recruitment activities across multiple regions and business units
- Manage and continuously improve recruitment operations through ATS excellence, KPI tracking, reporting, analytics, and budget monitoring
- Strengthen employer branding and talent attraction initiatives through networking activities, job fairs, university partnerships, and external recruiting events
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment and onboarding process
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and recruitment best practices within an international HR environment
Profile
- Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Several years of solid experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Executive Search, ideally within an international and matrix-driven environment
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end recruitment processes for senior-level, specialist, and/or executive positions
- Strong expertise in active sourcing, direct search methodologies, and stakeholder management
- Ability to act as a strategic recruitment advisor by influencing hiring decisions, challenging requirements where appropriate, and aligning recruitment activities with business priorities
- Experience handling searches beyond the German market and working within international recruitment structures is highly desirable
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills combined with a collaborative and proactive mindset
- Analytical and data-driven approach with experience in recruitment KPIs and ATS management
- Fluent German and English skills (written and spoken)

- You will be invited for a first interview with the hiring manager & the recruiter
- A second Interview will be then organized with the N+2 & the HR manager
