We are currently looking for our future Product Lifecycle Manager/ Business Process Manager (m/f/d) based in Blieskastel (Germany) or Obernai (France)  for a permanent contract.

The central Offer PMO is mandated to lead the governance of Hager's offer creation and offer management model, which includes all offer-related processes, methods, tools and KPIs for deciding and executing offer-related development projects until market launch and managing and optimising the entire offer portfolio at Group level until to end-of-life.

 

In this organizational context, we are looking a Product Lifecycle Manager/ Business Process Manager (m/f/d) with the following mission within the Offer PMO department:

 

Mission

You will be responsible for Hager's Product Lifecycle Management process which is a main pillar of our offer creation and offer management model

  • With your structured and result-oriented way of working, you conceptualize, design and implement the product lifecycle management processes at group level in close cooperation with the relevant stakeholders of all levels
  • Your strong analytical skills help you to identify areas of improvement and develop solutions to optimize the entire “manage product lifecycle process” – including progress monitoring with meaningful KPI
  • You determine PLM information and technology needs and ensure their implementation in close collaboration with Hager’s IT departments
  • Drive the PLM vision, promote adoption of PLM by seeking best change management practises to empower end users
  • The management of the communication plan and user documentation deliverables related to process changes and improvements goes along with your strong experience in project management to initiate and drive cross-functional PLM improvement projects
  • Good interpersonal skills give you the ability to promote best practice and information exchange and training between application centres and thereby increase the level of quality and confidence

 

Your profile 

  • You are a graduate of an Engineering or Business school with min 8 years of experience in process & project management in electronical industries in multinational companies
  • The deep knowledge of PLM business processes, tools and methods are essential for you in the new role and go hand in hand with your passion for change management and transformation
  • As a multitasking-talent with an organizational savvy you pay attention to every detail and offer a excellent understanding of the business needs and the financial impact of improvement actions
  • Your strong experience in databases, business intelligence and process definition and improvement enables you to raise the Product Lifecycle Management to a new level
  • Excellent and proven project management and leadership skills gives you the ability to lead international working groups
  • To communicate with your international colleagues you have got excellent written and verbal communication skills and you are fluent English (C1+), French or German language would be a plus
