As a People Solutions Senior Manager (m/f/d) you will report to our People Solution Director in the HR department based in Blieskastel for a Permanent contract.
In this role you will play a key role in shaping a future-oriented, process-driven, and customer-centric HR service organization. Beyond operational excellence, this role offers the opportunity to actively contribute to the transformation of HR processes, foster digitalization and automation initiatives, and support the evolution of our global HR delivery model.
Working closely with HR Business Partners, Centers of Expertise (CoEs), employee representatives, and international stakeholders, you will help prepare the organization and your team for future business challenges and scalable growth.
Mission
- Lead and develop the People Solutions team in Germany, ensuring high-quality HR services for employees, managers, and HR Business Partners.
- Foster a customer-centric and high-performance culture focused on collaboration, continuous improvement, operational excellence, and employee experience.
- Oversee core People Solutions activities including employee lifecycle administration, payroll, occupational health management, and social relations.
- Ensure compliant and accurate payroll execution in line with German regulations and company policies.
- Act as a key partner for HRBPs, CoEs, managers, and employee representatives across all operational HR topics.
- Drive the transformation of the People Solutions organization towards a more process-driven, scalable, and digital HR operating model.
- Lead process harmonization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Collaborate closely with Global Process Owners, HR teams, and stakeholders to improve HR processes and service delivery.
- Maintain constructive relationships with works councils and support collective bargaining and labor relations topics.
- Define and further develop the occupational health and care management roadmap together with the team.
Profile
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a comparable qualification.
- 7-10 years of experience in HR, e.g. HR Services or HR Operations.
- Strong leadership experience combined with transformation and change management capabilities.
- Solid expertise in HR administration, payroll, employee lifecycle management, labor relations, and HR operational processes.
- Experience in process optimization, automation, digitalization, and shared service environments.
- Strong knowledge of German labor law, works council collaboration, and collective bargaining processes.
- Strategic mindset with strong business understanding and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and intercultural collaboration capabilities.
- Pragmatic, solution-oriented, and customer-focused approach.
- Fluent German and English skills (written and spoken).
